LA Care Program

Many NLACRC consumers have been enrolled in Medi-Cal Managed Care plans since July 2011. In order to assist consumers with questions they have in this transition, NLACRC has worked with two health plans in Los Angeles County (Health Net and LA Care) to have plan representatives available to answer questions consumers may have once enrolled in a plan.

If you are not in a Health Plan and have questions regarding what plan to choose or the enrollment process, call: Health Care Options at 1-800-430-4263.

If you are a current member of a Health Net Plan and have questions about your plan or benefit, call the Main number at (800) 526-1898 and ask to speak to the Public Programs Specialist.

If you are a current member of an L.A. Care Plan and have questions about your plan or benefit, please contact their 24 hour member call center at 1-888-839-9909.
