What do I need for NLACRC to accept my human interest story?

NLACRC can accept your human interest story if:

You must send a completed Human Interest Story Submission Form;
You must send all required consent forms (see below for more information);
All consent forms must be signed by the person who has the authority to consent
(see below for more information;
Your human interest story must meet the Board approved social media posting
criteria.
