What’s Next? Resource Fair for Teens with IEPs & Their Families
Families and teens are invited to attend What’s Next?, a free resource fair designed for teens and young adults with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and their families who are preparing for life after high school.
This event is a great opportunity to learn about post‑high‑school options and connect directly with service providers who support youth and young adults with disabilities. Attendees will be able to ask questions, gather resources, and explore pathways related to:
- Day programs
- Employment services
- College supports
- Independent living options
