Introduction

NLACRC is committed to assist your school-age child (age 3-14) from the initial diagnosis through their ongoing childhood development.

The Individual Program Plan (IPP) Process

The IPP process is a personalized plan created for your child with input from you and in collaboration with NLACRC.

An assigned Consumer Service Coordinator (CSC) will facilitate the discussion about your child’s strengths, development, and areas of need, and will identify services and supports to assist your child in meeting their goals.
