Dear members of the public,

In 2024, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid published the Access Rule. This rule requires states to develop a grievance process by July 2026. The Department currently has multiple complaint processes with different requirements. The Department is proposing a new combined grievance process to meet the Access Rule requirements and encompass our current processes. DDS is seeking feedback to further define this process. Please join us in a webinar on August 20, 2025 to learn more.
