Autoridad de ajuste de tarifas de emergencia para incendios forestales

On January 14, 2025, DDS released a directive providing Regional Center Executive Directors of Regional Centers affected by the State of Emergency on January 7, 2025, including NLACRC, to approve rate adjustments for vendors with a negotiated rate in the following service codes if they have an increased cost directly attributable to health and safety needs arising from the wildfire emergency, such as evacuation support, emergency staffing coverage, or additional service hours necessitated by power outages and other emergency conditions.

This Directive is effective 1/14/2025 – 2/13/2025 unless extended by DDS and applies to the following service codes with negotiated rates per WIC, Sections 4681.6, 4689.8, and 4691.9:

008, 017, 021, 028, 031, 034, 051, 055, 056, 062, 063, 065, 073, 076, 091, 094, 100, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 108, 109, 110, 113, 114, 116, 117, 605, 612, 615, 616, 620, 645, 693, 880, 896

Services with rates that are Usual & Customary, Schedule of Maximum Allowances, or DDS-set rates are not eligible for this rate adjustment.
