Hinihiling ng panuntunang ito sa mga estado na bumuo ng isang proseso ng paghahain ng karaingan pagsapit ng Hulyo 2026. Sa kasalukuyan, ang Kagawaran ay may maraming proseso ng paghahain ng karaingan na may iba&#039;t ibang kinakailangan.
