Dear Vendor Colleagues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are invited to join the Department\u2019s Risk Management Branch for a training on the updated SIR regulations that will be effective May 1, 2026. Nothing new has been added to these regulations. The objective of this session is to make the regulations easier for everyone to understand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who Should Attend?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    Any vendors, providers, and\/or direct support professionals who work with individuals receiving services from a regional center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Topics Covered:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    An overview of the updated SIR regulation<\/strong><\/a>s that go into effect May 1, 2026, and available resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7    A brief review of the RC SIR Reporting Guidelines<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
