Ang Department of Developmental Services (Department) ay nakatanggap ng pondo sa pamamagitan ng 2022 Budget Act para magtatag ng isang Office of the Ombudsperson upang tulungan ang mga indibidwal at\/o kanilang mga pamilya na nag-aaplay o tumatanggap ng mga serbisyo ng sentrong pangrehiyon tungkol sa Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. Simula sa Disyembre 1, 2022, ang bagong Tanggapan na ito ay magiging available upang magbigay ng impormasyon, mapadali ang mga resolusyon sa mga hindi pagkakasundo at reklamo, gumawa ng mga rekomendasyon sa Departamento, at magtipon at mag-ulat ng data.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
