{"id":56731,"date":"2025-08-25T08:35:01","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T15:35:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nlacrc.org\/?p=56731"},"modified":"2025-08-25T08:35:03","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T15:35:03","slug":"message-from-the-executive-director-amended-special-contract","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nlacrc.org\/es\/message-from-the-executive-director-amended-special-contract\/","title":{"rendered":"Mensaje del Director Ejecutivo \u2013 Contrato Especial Modificado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimada comunidad de NLACRC,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Me complace compartirles una excelente noticia: a partir del 21 de agosto de 2025, el Departamento de Servicios para el Desarrollo (DDS) modific\u00f3 sustancialmente el Contrato Especial con el Centro Regional del Norte del Condado de Los \u00c1ngeles (NLACRC). Se eliminaron los requisitos para consultores y la supervisi\u00f3n legal de la junta directiva, reconociendo que NLACRC ha desarrollado la infraestructura necesaria para operar eficazmente sin asistencia adicional. Se han cumplido los requisitos de gobernanza de la junta directiva y hemos logrado avances significativos en la reducci\u00f3n de la carga de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para contextualizar, el 16 de julio de 2024, NLACRC firm\u00f3 un acuerdo contractual especial con DDS debido a preocupaciones sobre la gobernanza de la junta directiva y la eficacia organizativa, principalmente relacionadas con la elevada carga de trabajo. Como parte de dicho acuerdo, DDS nos exigi\u00f3 que contrat\u00e1ramos a varios consultores para apoyar nuestros esfuerzos de remediaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En poco m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o, gracias al incansable trabajo de nuestro personal y la dedicaci\u00f3n de nuestra Junta Directiva, hemos demostrado que NLACRC es capaz no solo de cumplir, sino tambi\u00e9n de mantener las expectativas establecidas por DDS. Si bien a\u00fan queda mucho por hacer, este logro refleja nuestro compromiso compartido de garantizar que nuestra comunidad reciba los servicios de alta calidad que necesita y merece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agradecemos la colaboraci\u00f3n de DDS y, sobre todo, el apoyo de nuestra comunidad mientras seguimos fortaleciendo NLACRC para el futuro.
