Asimismo, reconocemos que cualquier tipo de incidente o problema de mayor envergadura relacionado con la mejora de la confianza y la comunicaci\u00f3n entre la comunidad, las familias atendidas y el NLACRC, es fundamental para el papel que desempe\u00f1a el sistema de centros regionales en la vida de los californianos con discapacidades del desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p> NLACRC se esfuerza constantemente por mantener un alto nivel de respeto mutuo y colaboraci\u00f3n en todas sus interacciones, tanto internas como externas. Estamos desarrollando una estrategia a corto y largo plazo con pasos concretos que permitir\u00e1n una mejor comunicaci\u00f3n entre nuestra junta directiva, personal, defensores, familiares y la comunidad.
