Su participaci\u00f3n ayuda a su centro regional y al DDS a comprender c\u00f3mo los servicios y apoyos lo afectan a usted, a su familia y a sus seres queridos. La recopilaci\u00f3n de datos finalizar\u00e1 el 30 de junio de 2024. Las encuestas se le env\u00edan directamente por correo desde el Consejo Estatal de Discapacidades del Desarrollo (SCDD).
