DESCRIPTION:Dear members of the public\, \nIn 2024\, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid published the Access Rule. This rule requires states to develop a grievance process by July 2026. The Department currently has multiple complaint processes with different requirements. The Department is proposing a new combined grievance process to meet the Access Rule requirements and encompass our current processes. DDS is seeking feedback to further define this process.
